The site brings together practical viewing and ownership guidance, official references and clearly labelled examples. Where a property record comes from BG House, we identify it and link to the original. Asking prices and calculator assumptions are labelled so they can be compared appropriately.

Use the BG House contact page for property, viewing or editorial enquiries. If you are reporting a correction, include the page title and a source if you have one. Please keep personal purchase documents out of general enquiries.
The calculator and checklist run in your browser. The calculator does not send entries to a server, and the checklist is reset when the page is reloaded. Any enquiry you choose to send is handled on BG House under its own terms.
